A historic collaboration between Allina Health System and Optum, a health wing of United Health Group Inc, Minnesota, was ventured in Brooklyn park to establish three new surgical centers this year.
- According to the report of Star Tribune, this joint venture of the two health giants of Minnesota will create the scope of developing a dozen surgery centers in this region.
- The partnership between Allina and Optum has optimized the surgery centers in Maple
- Grove, Minneapolis, and Woodbury in recent months. The partnerships between the two firms were conducted by Louis Suarez and Brian Bruggeman with Colliers who represented the tenants of the deal.
- In the upcoming year 2022, the huge 18,000 square foot Brooklyn Park Facility is expected to open, as a part of the 40,000 square feet Medical office building which is being developed by Davis Finance and Commerce, a Minneapolis-based health care real estate firm.
